For Quark-X-Press users:
Quark X-Press files can not be processed.In case, that you need to create your layout in Quark X Press, please note: Send us your layout as closed Quark-EPS-File (File – Save as EPS). Texts are to be converted to paths. Please do not add font-files or packages. Make sure that the files are saved with the corresponding file ending (*.eps). Please remove all outlines or bleeds and make sure that the whole section around is saved. We cannot make any changes or modifications in your eps.file.

For Corel-Draw users:
Quark X-Press files can not be processed. If you have no other possibility as to do the artwork in Corel, please consider the following details: Export as Illustrator - file(< CS3); Text converted to paths; pictures sent separately. We ask you to send additionally a PDF/X-3 file in printing quality In case that you use Corel we cannot guarantee for the quality of the output on the printing machine.

Please send us no PDF files for printing, only for view.

If you want to get a certain colouring - as you have printed a logo or picture in another form (e.g. folder) - we recommend to send us a sample. Herewith, we can guarantee a uniform appearance. You can surely send us an obliging Ugra/FOGRA standard proof as well.
